If you live at a property managed by Tilt Property Group and require repairs or maintenance, our dedicated team of “Tilters”—i.e., our maintenance workers—are always on standby for your needs.

Submit your information below to request maintenance for all non-emergency issues and our team will follow up with you.

What About Emergencies?

For emergency issues only (e.g., flooding, broken water heaters, malfunctioning furnaces, etc.), please dial 780-443-1161 to speak directly to a representative; outside of office hours, an automated message on this phoneline will provide an option for you to report an emergency. For all serious and urgent emergencies (e.g., fire), please call 911.

    As per your rental agreement, please note that if the damage to be repaired is deemed to be a result of your tenancy, you will be responsible for the related maintenance charges.
