Tenants pay rent directly to you. You know, on the 1st of every month, exactly how much revenue is coming in.

On the 10th of every month, Tilt invoices you for property management fees, as well as any charges incurred to keep your property in great shape, such as maintenance or repairs. This invoice will never be a surprise, because we require you to sign off on any work we do that exceeds $650. Anything under, we don't bug you with, because it's only our job to sweat the small stuff.

You can pay your Tilt invoice in a variety of methods, including by credit card. You regain control over how your cash flows each month.

Third-party property management software just doesn’t cut it for us since it’s not flexible or adaptable enough for our client’s unique needs. So we created our own software app. The first version only allowed property owners to view PDFs, but later versions made accessing and managing personal data easier.

Now, in its current version, the Tilt PM App connects you in real-time with property statements for every door you own. This includes current photos and Move In/Move Out inspection reports. You can also access financial statements whenever and wherever, including; rent collection status, inspections, bills and invoices.
