This may include obtaining a consumer credit report and contacting current or past landlords if deemed necessary for the purpose of assessing tenancy continuation and overall tenant performance.
I understand that my information may also be used to respond to emergencies, ensure proper management of the tenancy, comply with legal requirements, and assist with collection efforts should rent be unpaid or property damaged upon termination of tenancy.
Tilt Property Group may disclose relevant information to credit bureaus or agencies (including but not limited to Equifax, TransUnion, Experian, and the Landlord Credit Bureau), or any parties involved in financial dealings with me, or as required by law.
I/We acknowledge that information collected and the details of this application may be retained by Tilt Property Group.
If tenancy is renewed, I/We authorize Tilt Property Group to report details of my tenancy—including rent payment history, tenant behavior, and any outstanding debts—to credit reporting agencies, which may affect my credit file and be accessed by other landlords or financial institutions.
